Seafield Safety Services was established to provide clients with practical construction management, Principal Contractor and H&S support without unnecessary layers of management or paperwork.

Our experience has been built around live food, manufacturing and industrial environments, where construction works need to be carefully planned around production, hygiene, logistics, programme and day-to-day site operations.

Today, Seafield supports projects from early planning and mobilisation through to construction delivery, contractor coordination and handover.

Seafield remains a director-led business. Clients deal directly with experienced construction and H&S professionals who stay involved throughout the project rather than disappearing once the work is secured.

That approach gives clients a clear point of contact, quicker decisions and consistent oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Our background combines construction management, Principal Contractor delivery and health & safety leadership across food, beverage, manufacturing and industrial projects.

That experience includes live factory refurbishments, shutdown works, civils, concrete and drainage packages, hygienic flooring, internal fit-out, M&E coordination and multi-contractor construction projects.

We understand that successful delivery is about more than compliance. Programme, production interfaces, contractor performance, quality, communication and site controls all need to work together.

We approach projects from a delivery perspective, with health & safety built into the way the work is planned and managed.

We understand the additional controls required when construction is taking place around ongoing manufacturing and production activities.

Seafield can provide standalone project support or build a wider delivery team around the requirements of the project.

Seafield is led by Managing Director Louis Waugh, whose background spans construction management, health & safety leadership and Principal Contractor delivery across manufacturing and construction environments.

His experience includes managing live-site construction works, multi-contractor projects, shutdown activities and complex project interfaces, supported by qualifications in occupational health & safety, construction management and temporary works.
